About Us

 I have always had a passion for cooking even as a child watching my uncle BBQ for our family events. Back in 1998, when I was in college, I was asked to BBQ for my choir members at the choir picnic. I was pretty confident in my ability to BBQ but the amount of positive responses I received was overwhelming. That started a trend where if there was an event going on, they would ask me to BBQ. From that point on I began creating my own recipes and perfecting my passion. Then in September of 2011 I grilled out for a church event for over 150 people and many people asked me if I owned a restaurant or if I sold plates. That started the idea of turning this skill into an actual business.  In 2018 I started Aach Family Que (Pronounced "H" Family Que) catering as a sole proprietor and in July of 2021, created Aach Family Que LLC.
